Child and Family Connections:
This program assists families with children ages 0 – 3 or birth to age three who are eligible for early intervention services obtain needed services.

Community Services:
This program helps people with developmental disabilities, primarily over the age of three, and their families connect with state funded community services such as residential and employment based programs.
