How PACT is making a difference

The Life Management Services® division of PACT, Inc. provides services to advise and assist families, trust officers, attorneys and other professionals in meeting current and future needs of individuals with disabilities by providing guardianship, trust and private case management services. The Community Services program at PACT, Inc. assists persons with developmental disabilities and their families who live in DuPage County to access state funded programs and services, including residential and vocational programs. Staff in this program also assist in assuring the ongoing quality of the services that our customers receive. For more information, click here.

Child and Family Connections of DuPage, a division of PACT, Inc., provides Early Intervention services for children from birth to age three with developmental delays.  We offer case management and access to therapeutic services to children that reside in DuPage County. In order to qualify for Early Intervention services, a child must have at least a 30% developmental delay or a qualifying medical condition. Early Intervention philosophy follows the developmental model, rather than the medical model, and stresses the importance of family participation and the family’s relationship to help the child grow and develop. Therapists work with caregivers so that they are able to help the child gain skills. For this reason, services are generally provided in the child’s natural environment, home or child care setting.
