| Bogard Service Coordination |
| What | Bogard Service Coordination works with
individuals who are class members of a lawsuit that was settled between the
State of Illinois and the ARC of Illinois and eligible class members. Eligible individuals can receive a variety
of services
and are provided service coordination and advocacy to ensure they are
receiving the services they want and need. The services provided are designed to help the individual achieve the goals of self-determination and independence. |
